Bongiwe Mzomuhle Ngwane
Bongiwe was born on the 7th of June 1994. Her first name means “someone who is always being thanked” in Ndebele and her surname means “a beautiful house” in Ndebele. Her father, Bongani died at the age of 41 in 1997 of kidney failure. Bongiwe has been living with her 52 year-old mother Farice since birth. Bongiwe has six older brothers Lindani, Vienna, Ntokozo, Melusi, Elijah, Mziwakhe and one older sister Rosebud. Farice cares for all eight of her children in a 4-room cement-block house. She enjoys netball and reading novels. Her favorite color is peach and her favorite food is rice and chicken. Bongiwe promises to study hard and go to college so she can become a singer and a nurse. She ranks 6th in her class 43. Her best moment was when she went to church camp on the 22nd of February 2009. Her worst moment was her father’s death. Celine Dion (singer) is her role model because she sings good music. Bongiwe is in good health.
