Brandon was born on the 2^nd of January 1999. His surname, Moyo, means ‘heart’ in Shona. Brandon’s mother, Nompilo, lives in South Africa. While she is in South Africa Thabiso lives with his aunt, Nhlanhla..His father, Steven, died in 2002 at the age of 33 from injuries received in a car accident.  He also lives with his younger brother Tabiso and his three cousins. They live on the outskirts of the city in a rented room about 10’X10’ without electricity or running water. Soccer is his favorite game and he also loves swimming. His favorite color is red. Sadza, a form of polenta that is Zimbabwe’s staple food, is his favorite food. Brandon wants to work hard in school so that he can become a teacher when he grows up. His class rank is 5 out of 45. The wedding of his auntie Siphilisiwe was his best because he had lots of fun. They also had good food and goat meat. His father’s death was his worst moment. His favorite singer is Beyonce. Brandon is healthy and tested HIV negative in 2010.
