Meet Nkosi, an exceptional individual who has been a member of the Zimkids community since 2005, when he joined at the age of 9. Over the years, Nkosi has dedicated his time and energy to helping children and youth in Zimbabwe, making a positive impact on their lives.

Nkosi’s passion for social work led him to pursue a Diploma in Social Work, which he earned in 2019. He continued his education and recently completed his BSC Honors degree in Social Work in 2022. In addition, Nkosi has completed coursework in Project Planning and Management, which has equipped him with the skills and knowledge needed to design, train, and oversee day-to-day operations at Zimkids.
At Zimkids, Nkosi is responsible for registering beneficiaries and making home visits, ensuring that they have access to mainstream education.
He also conducts counselling sessions for the beneficiaries, providing emotional support and guidance to children and youth who are facing various challenges in their lives. In addition, Nkosi liaises with school heads, community leaders, and the Department of social development, advocating for the rights and welfare of the beneficiaries.
